Lost dad in class 5, youth bags from Qazigund Ist rank in JKSSB exam

Qazigund, Dec 26: An orphan bagged on Friday from Qazigund belt of South Kashmir’s Anantnag Ist place in account assistant, Panchayat exams conducted by Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB).

By scoring 107.25 points, Abdul Shakoor Itoo,24, who belongs to the village of Damjan, ranked first in open merit.

While taking on KNO news agency, Itoo said that after securing his place in J&K, he feels assured that he will now crack some exams and try his luck in other prestigious exams as well.

Itoo, who did his basic education at Vessu Iqbal Public School, passed enrollment from Hablishi Islamia Model Public School, and 12th from Higher Secondary School.

Because of financial difficulties as he had lost his father when he was in class 5, he did his bachelors via distance mode from Kashmir University.

“I completed my graduation in 2018, since then I was preparing for this exam,” he said.
