Two youth from Srinagar’s uptown go missing, family appeals return

Srinagar: Two youth have gone missing from uptown are of Natipora in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district, the family members of the duo have said.

A news gathering agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) quoting sources reported that two missing youth have been identified as Irfan Ahmad Sofi Son of Nazir Ahmad Sofi and Bilal Manzoor Bhat Son of Manzoor Ahmad Bhat both residents of Natipora Srinagar.

Irfan is a driver and Bilal is a businessperson by calling, both are neighbors.

Relatives of both the missing youth told news office KDC that on fourteenth December, when aggressors gave dead a Personal Security Officer (PSO) of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) pioneer Haji Parvaiz, on similar night their children disappeared from their homes starting feelings of trepidation of them having joined assailant positions.

We have enrolled missing reports in Police post-Chanapora, they said.

Meanwhile, family members of both the missing persons have appealed to their sons to return back.

A police official told news agency KDC that they are verifying all the angles and nothing could be ruled out. More details will be followed. (KDC)
