On Friday, Pakistan scored their highest T20I total of 232 for 6 at Trent Bridge. In 2018, they set a new high of 205 for 3 against the West Indies in Karachi. This is also the third-highest total against England in T20Is by any team.

Liam Livingstone took 17 balls to reach fifty, the fastest by an England batsman in T20Is. Livingstone’s 42-ball century is the third-fastest T20I century in full-member nation matches.

Livingstone hit nine sixes in his innings, the most by an England hitter in a T20I match. The previous best by an England batter was seven, which was achieved by Eoin Morgan, Ravi Bopara, and Jason Roy on four separate occasions.

Pakistan hitters smashed 12 sixes in their innings, which is the most they’ve ever hit in a T20I. In 2007, they smashed 12 sixes against Bangladesh. In fact, Pakistan hitters hit all 12 sixes in this match after the 11th over.

Only three times has a side hit more than 12 sixes after the tenth over of an innings when ball-by-ball information is available on ESPNcricinfo. India’s 14 sixes against Sri Lanka in a T20I in Indore in 2017 was the highest.

150 The 150-run partnership between Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan is Pakistan’s second-highest for any wicket. In Centurion, the same pair had put on 197 runs for the first wicket against South Africa.

Pakistan has scored 152 runs in the 10th over of the contest. More than 150 runs have been scored in the last 10 overs of a T20I for only the sixth time (where ball-by-ball information is available).

Prior to this, Pakistan’s best score in the second half of an innings was 122 against Scotland in Edinburgh in 2018.
Pakistan equals their sixes record in a T20I match for the first time.
